The Purple Zebra eggplant is a dwarf variety. It’s very original and perfect for flowerbeds, small gardens or container gardening on balconies or rooftops. It is cultivated for its ornamental, edible fruits which are fleshy and purple with white stripes. It is eaten cooked, sautéed or stuffed. It is indispensable in the ratatouille. Can be grown indoor year round or outdoor from February
